How to fix a bad mood?
Sometimes I just use colors to cheer myself up, though they don't solve the problem directly, beautiful rich colors do a great job to energize the mood and increase creativity which in turns stimulate ideas, and hence problem may be solved in an unexpected manner (who knows?)
It's easy to have the nail polish therapy, I mean doing it by ourselves instead of going to a salon, as it always takes patience and focus to paint the nails neatly and flawlessly especially with those sharp colors. I seldom did sharp color by by my own as I don't have much patience doing such "fine craft" and I ended up being frustrated by the messy work I made all the time( It's probably just me, i know many girls do an excellent job there) So I see it as a practice and a "little challenge", the attention putting there also helps to relax and get rid of any stress at least temporary during that moment. No need to make complex drawings or 3D flowers, simply have some fun on matching with different colors is joyful enough, and enjoy the satisfaction when they are done "perfectly".
One point: Good quality of nail polish certainly ease the process a lot and reduce the chance of messy finish!
It's Summer out there, wearing these colors light up my mood, it makes me smile whenever I look at them. I don't even need rings or any heavy jewelry, summer is all about colorful with everything light, so relax and have some fun! Make a nail polish therapy!
